Always Falling benind!!

Seems I can never stay caught up when it comes to blogs, face book, emails, or just anything on the computer. I really don't enjoy staring at a screen so I put it off way too much. Live have been packed with fun holiday fun, a trip to Idaho, and a getaway to Mexico. Christmas was great and relaxing!! We enjoyed spending time with some of the great friends we have made around here.

New Years my hubby let me go home to Idaho with no kids to spend time with my little sister before she headed out for her mission. Silly part is she will be serving in the Fort Worth, Texas mission. She could end up in my stake!! We had so much fun hanging out for 6 days, staying up too late, shopping, talking, and enjoying every minute!! I miss her already!! She always had the cutest FB posts!! I love the example she is setting for my children though, she is the most amazing girl ever!!

Terrence earned a trip to Mexico from work so we went looking forward to sunny beaches!! Well there was only one sunny day while we were there and we wore jackets most days to stay warm. It was so relaxing to just sit and be served every meal for 5 days, hang out at the spa, and go site seeing to Tulum. It was well needed and very enjoyable. My most amazing mom flew in to watch my kiddos and they loved their time with Grandma!! I owe many, many thanks to such a great mom!!

Now we have a new adventure ahead of us. Our ward split about a month ago so that meant new callings to serve in for all. Terrence was called to be the Elders Quorum President and I am in the Primary Presidency. I am adjusting to Terrence being gone before church for meetings and then again in the evening to visit families in the ward. Primary is an adventure all on its own, but as a presidency we are trying to pull it together and get the children to be more reverent. Wish us luck!!

Life is great and we are all healthy and happy around here. We are enjoying Texas and Terrence's mew position that allows him to be home so much more. Still trying to live the amazing motto I learned in General Conference a while back:

COME WHAT MAY, AND LOVE IT!!
